He is survived by: his spouse Helen M. Moffett; his children, Joseph Moffett (Sally), Robert Moffett (Laurel), Mary Ellen Rizzo (Sal), Thomas Moffett (Joan), Ann Marie Miskin (Michael), Patrick Moffett, Margaret Fredian (Justin), Theresa Eiden (Paul), James Moffett (Cheryl) and Michael Moffett (Nicole); and his parents, James Moffett and Mary Moffett.
