We are sad to announce that on June 12, 2022, at the age of 92, Helen M. Moffett of Schaumburg, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James Patrick Moffett; her son Joseph Moffett (Sally); and her parents, Leo Hodes and Ellen Hodes. She is survived by: her children, Robert Moffett (Laurel), Mary Ellen Rizzo (Sal), Thomas Moffett (Joan), Anne Marie Miskin (Michael), Patrick Moffett, Margaret Fredian (Justin), Theresa Eiden (Paul), James Moffett (Cheryl) and Michael Moffett (Nicole). She is also survived by 28 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Hubert Catholic Church, 729 Grand Canyon Parkway, Hoffman Estates, IL 60169.
