She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Claude Cook (Carol), Sandra Merrigan, Merrick Phillips, Jr. (Gina) and Carol Cochran (Scott); and her grandchildren, Darin, Jon, Shelly, Sean, Missy, Dawn, Joshua, Erin, Stephen, Merrick III, Allison, Kristina, Christine and Tyler.
In lieu of flowers, memorials will be appreciated to The Shriners Children's Hospitals.
