Though Edward Francis may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joan Elizabeth Walsh; his children, Erin Smith (Robert) and Dan Walsh (Noelle); his grandchildren, Julian Walsh, Jasmine Walsh, Kyla Smith and Ambrose Walsh; his brothers, John Walsh (Mary Beth) and James Walsh (Terry); and his son Ed.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Hubert Catholic Church (729 Grand Canyon St, Hoffman Estates, IL 60169). A committal service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Cemetery Committal Service Feb.
