She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Hawken and Marie Hawken; and her husband Gordon. She is survived by: her children, Helen, Lauretta and Gordon David; her foster son Edward; and her grandchildren, James III, Joshua Traye, Heather, Jordan, Robert, Kimberly, Jessica, Ryan and Ed.
