He is survived by: his parent Mary Berens; his wife Dee; his children, Jessica Balcom, Brett Balcom (Jen) and Amy Balcom (Trey); his grandchildren, Jordan, Caitlyn, Kathryn and Charlotte; and his siblings, Raymond Berens (Mary Pat) and Leon Berens (Jan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
