He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Madsen and Howard Madsen; and his parents-in-law, Robert and Lucille Warner. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his daughters, Katherine Groth (Philip) of Chicago and Jennifer Traversa (William) of Schaumburg; his grandchildren, Fritz, Curtis Groth and Brianna Traversa; his sister Kris Lohnes (Brad); and his siblings-in-law, Kay Hulin and Randy Warner (Karen). He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
