Bank (Schaumburg, Illinois), born in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 8, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Bank and Helene Bank; his wife Carole; his sister Carol L'Herault (Bank) of Wisconsin; and his sister-in-law Karen Bank (Cervinka) of Illinois.

He is survived by: his brother Larry; his sister-in-law Glenda of South Carolina; his nephews, Marc (Gina), Mitch (Sara), Marty, Marshall L'Herault and Lary Bank (Rhonda); and his niece Michelle Bank.
