He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Cuc Pham; his children, Truc-Mai (Fiance Anthony Mak) and Thanh-Lan; and his siblings, Kim Dobbins (Charlie), Lap Nguyen (Maudiep), Tinh Nguyen (Hoang), Loi Nguyen (Huong) and Kimtrang Nguyen (Tam). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
