She was predeceased by: her husband Frank; her parents, John Butalla and Margaret Butalla; and her siblings, Elizabeth Ford, John Butalla Jr., Phillip Butalla, Joseph Butalla, Alex Butalla, Alfred Butalla, Matthew Butalla, Edward Butalla and Melania Goldbach.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Pawlowski (late James) and Kathleen Moe (Daniel); her grandchildren, Kurt Pawlowski, Kari Newingham (Michael), Kristi Entwistle (Warren), Eric Moe and Kristen Maney (Matt); her great grandchildren, Michael, Megan, Molly, Nola, Althea and Maney; and her siblings, Viola Novitzke, Arlene Jagodzinski and Harold Butalla.
In lieu of flowers, memorials will be appreciated to Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011.
