She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ruben; her children, Aura Marina Harvey (Chuck), Cynthia Lazic (Aleks) and Ruben Munguia, Jr. (Erica Santa Cruz); her grandchildren, Stefan, Natalya, Bryson, Milena, Karys and Marco; and her siblings, Maria Luisa Mendia, Carlos Mendia (Vilma), Leonel Mendia (Blanca) and Gloria Pallapothu (late Hari). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
