He is survived by: his children, Bradley (Karin), Scott Patrick (Karen), Donna Dexter, Glenn (Lisa) and Sarah Balistreri (Ricardo); his siblings, Bonnie Siems (late Ronald), Roger (Dorothy) and Phyllis "Tooie" Fredericks; his wife Sandra Lee "Sandy"; and his friend Dana of Montana. He is also survived by grandchildren, umpteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
