She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Kempinski and Eleanor Kempinski; her sister Janice Otis (late Don); and her nephew Joseph Russo. She is survived by: her husband Robert H. Czerniak; her sons, Robert C. Czerniak (Tina), James Czerniak and Michael Czerniak (Marcia); her grandchildren, Courtney, Zach, Amanda, Tyler, Christian, Lexi, Ashley and Amber; her sister Marcia Russo (Lenny); and her nephews, Rick and Steve.
