She was predeceased by: her parents, Josephine Chiariello and Anthony Chiariello; and her husband Donald James Culleeney. She is survived by: her children, Carol Mueller (Thomas), Edward Culleeney (Leleine Sernias), Thomas Culleeney (Kathleen Corbo), Peggy Estry (Jack) and Judy Culleeney; her grandchildren, Meghan Galvan (José), Donald James Culleeney (DJ), Jenna Culleeney, Bradley Culleeney and Emily Parrish (Brandon); and her great grandchildren, Gianna Galvan, Eduardo Galvan, Mia Galvan, Brooks Parrish and Brady Parrish. She is also survived by her family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made to Alzheimer's research or support organizations.
