He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Arlene; his children, Michael Eckenrod (Mary), Christine Eckenrod, Gary Eckenrod (Marilynn), Kurt T. Eckenrod and Tracy Tipton (Terry); and his stepchildren, Tom Knueppel (Annette), Gale LaJoice (Bill), Ron Knueppel (late Patti), Lisa Malatz (Dave), Debi Beckman, Scott Knueppel and Ken Knueppel (Virginia). He was also cherished by many loving nieces and nephews.
