Ana L. Cisneros Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ana L. Cisneros (Schaumburg, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 10, 2025 at the age of 50. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Ana may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ana touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services LTD. (330 W Golf Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60195). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 9:45 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Church of the Holy Spirit Campus (1451 Bode Rd, Schaumburg, IL 60194).
