We are sad to announce that on March 19, 2024, at the age of 85, Alan L. Larson of Schaumburg, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Michael, Catherine, Elizabeth, David and Jennifer; and his sister Lorna. He is also survived by his wife of 60 years, his children and their spouses, 12 grandchildren.

In observance of his lifelong love and appreciation of nature, donations in Al's memory can be made to the Spring Valley Nature Center in Schaumburg at http://www.parkfun.com.
