He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Reed and Marie Reed (Bader); and his parents-in-law, Leo and Rosalinda Wubben (Middendorf). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Kris Colin (Todd) of East Dubuque, IL, Erica Virtue (Brad) of Peoria, IL and Matt Reed (Amber) of Scales Mound, IL; his grandchildren, Hannah, Aidan, Brooklyn and Blake; and his sisters, Shirley Jannsen of Freeport, IL and Joyce Long (Ed Hoey) of Rockton, IL. He is also survived by several brothers-in-laws, sisters-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a Bill Reed Memorial Fund will be established for scholarship purposes at Scales Mound High School.
