He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Myra Lynne Burgette; his father Merlin Raymond Burgette; his children, Borhan (Ruth), Rayad (Carolyn), Amyra (Jerry Smerecky), Aref (Lama) and Omar (Kathleen); and his great grandchildren, Aziza (Tom), Keleher, Travis, Derrick Wallin, Finn Keleher, Warren, Hanna, Bradley, Muhammad, Haadi, Yazan, Laila and Amina.
