He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Butler and Lila Butler (Clark); his brother Douglas; and his grandson Holden Hawthorne. He is survived by: his children, Candice Hawthorne (Kenny), Thomas Butler (Cortney) and Jake Butler (Jessica Schuler); his brother Dennis Butler (Vickie); his grandchildren, Olivia, Liam, Brenley Hawthorne, Alexis, Jaxon Butler and Silas Butler; and his wife Debbie Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and in-laws, as well as many special friends.
