He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley and Jessie May Curtis (Quackenbush); his wife Constance Ann "Connie" Sticher; his siblings, John Wesley Curtis, Jr., George Wayne Curtis and Elizabeth Ruth Curtis; his parents-in-law, Lawrence and Inez Sticher; and his sister-in-law Martha Curtis.
He is survived by: his children, Christie McMinn (Tom) of Mattoon, IL, Rich Curtis (Katrin) of Grand Rapids, MI and Steve Curtis (Pam) of Mahomet, IL.; his grandchildren, Katie Hanner (Justin) of Leander, TX, Becky Hall (Stevie) of Gifford, IL, Jonathan McMinn (Patty) of Mahomet, IL, Nate Curtis of Grand Rapids, MI, Nick Curtis of Grand Rapids, MI, Lindsay Van Hovelyn (Paul) of Danville, IL, Matt Curtis of Champaign, IL, Kristi Woliung (Rusty), Felicia Fordyce of Farmer City, IL and Maranda Harden (Ryan) of Tolono, IL.; his great grandchildren, Abbi, Peyton Gordon, Chase, Max Hanner, Caleb Bradbury, Stella Hall, Corban, Liam, Gavin, Adalyn McMinn, Eli, Gabriel Curtis, Makenzie, Sadie, Braelyn Woliung, Rhys Harden, Brody and Logan Fordyce; and his sister-in-law JoAnn Curtis. He is also survived by niece and two nephews.
