He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Starr and Margery Starr (Duncan) of Barnum, MN.; his wife Margery Hess; his children, Mark Starr (Kathy) of Lisle, IL, Norma Fagerland (Kirk) of Bloomington, IL. and Daryl Starr; his siblings, Margery Salmon (Gary) and Judd Starr (Sue); his grandchildren, Timothy, Jeffrey Starr, Matthew and Emma Fagerland; his brothers, Robert and James Starr; and his stepmother Irene Starr.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his name to empty tomb or the church.

I sent an email last week didn't get a reply and I looked for another number to call and I found this me boundless maybe this is one of those boiler plates they're plate obituaries cause I don't see it anywhere else.
