She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Melzer and Joseph Melzer; her former husband William Nicol; her husband Bill Hoag; and her children-in-law, Gayle Nicol (Steve) and Jim Dunn (Lynne).
She is survived by: her children, Steve Nicol (Jennifer), Lynne Dunn and Sharon Scarbro (Eric). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 2:30 PM and at 3:00 PM at the Windsor of Savoy (401 Burwash Ave, Savoy, IL 61874).
