She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Maxwell and Martha A. Holbrook. She is survived by: her children, Billy Berbaum (Becki), Judy Berbaum Lebaugh, Jeff Berbaum, Chris Berbaum and Linda Berbaum. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
