She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Helen Robbins and Curtis Robbins; her children, Anne Robin, Bill Brighton (Andrea Wolfman), Joan Brighton, Jack Brighton (Rosanne) and Jeff Brighton (Robin); her grandchildren, Miles Robin, Ben, Greg, Tom (Kim), Hailey (Jake) and Jessa; her great grandchildren, Leah, Margot and Jeffrey Brighton; and her brother Nathan Robbins (Diane).
In the post-Covid world, friends may visit there for quiet contemplation.
Memorial donations may go to the Gerald and Lois Brighton Scholarship Fund through the University of Illinois Foundation (UIF), the Nature Conservancy of Illinois or Green Meadows Girls Scout Council.
