As Kazuko departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Kazuko may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Kazuko leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tatsusaburo Yamamoto and Hisa Okamura Yamamoto; and her husband Cecil Harvey Martin. She is survived by: her children, Regina Leuck (Tim) of Champaign, IL and Toby Martin of Alvin, TX; and her grandchildren, Kristen Typer (Tanner), Jarrett Leuck, Casey Martin, Riley Martin and Kelsey Martin.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Markwell Funeral Home (200 N Central Ave, Casey, IL 62420).
