He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Miles Thomas Wetzel and Isabel Barnhart Wetzel (Bella); his wife Rebecca Sprunger Wetzel; his niece Catherine Penn Williams; his nephew David Benjamin Penn; and his great-niece Vanessa Alys Penn of Santa Rosa, California..
