He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Rice and Maggie Lee Estes Puckett. He is survived by: his children, Robert Puckett (Polly) of Rittman, OH, Bradley Puckett of Fairmount, Mark Murphy (Hayley) of Danville, E. J. Brock (Robin) of Oakwood, Illinois, Crystal Street of Oakwood, Michelle McDaniel (Terry) of Danville and Dawn Richards (Darren) of Fairmount, Illinois. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
