James Tarr Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Tarr (Savoy, Illinois), born in Pontiac, Michigan, who passed away on May 1, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Tarr and Florence Tarr; his wife Bonnie C. Tarr; his son Robert Tarr (Stuart); his daughter-in-law Claudette Tarr; and his granddaughter Kristina Behringer.
He is survived by: his brother David Tarr (Nancy) of Glen Arbor, MI; his daughter-in-law Nina Tarr of Empire, MI; and his children, Douglas (Ann) of Temecula, CA, Kevin of Traverse City, MI and Julie (Steven Lee) of Empire, MI.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Urbana Lions Club or Interlochen Public Radio.
