In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Eugene had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Eugene may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his wife Harriett. He is survived by: his children, Eugene (Gene), Beckler (Carolyn), Tina Hurt (Matthew) and Donald Beckler (Amanda); and his close friend Renee Rewerts. He is also survived by his family and friends, he will be remembered as a generous, caring, and loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Morgan Memorial (1304 Regency Dr W, Savoy, IL 61874). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials can be made to the American Heart Association.
