She was predeceased by: her parents, Susan Ware and Mancil Ware; her husband Deane; her siblings, Ronald Ware, Barb Williams, Pat Eichelberger and Linda Bock; her nephew Bobby Kington; and her niece Lanette Cunningham.
She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Smith (Greg); her pets, Zoey, Savannah and Lyric; her grandson Sean Smith of Urbana; her stepson Tim Hood (Tracy) of Fisher; and her sisters, Rose Hatchel and Mary Dempsey (Jack). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Champaign Urbana Hospice Hearts or Humane Society due to her love of animals.
