He was predeceased by: his parents, Winifred (Capron) and Donald E. Moyer, Sr.; and his wife Patricia Shafer. He is survived by: his siblings, Judy (Lundin) and Peter; his children, Michael (Virginia), Martha (Gaither) and Christopher; and his granddaughters, Katie and Emily (Marilyn Whittaker).
