He was predeceased by: his parent Phyllis "Billie" Ruggles. He is survived by: his brothers, Paul "Buddy" Raney (Marsha), Curtis Ruggles (Sally), Tom Ruggles, Terry Ruggles, Jeff Reinhold (Brenda) and John Thompson (Jennifer); his daughter Amber Barnett (Jerry); and his granddaughters, DeAva, Callie, Scarlett and Ellie. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
