He was predeceased by: his parents, John Arbuckle and Mary Phillippe Arbuckle. He is survived by: his children, John (Holly) of Newcastle and Kristen (Tom Lalley) of Washington, DC; his grandchildren, Noah, Zea Arbuckle, Jane and Eamon Lalley; his sisters, Sarabess Fink Fisher (Frank Ehler), Jean Mueller (Bill) and Marjorie Mayes (Marvin); his mother-in-law Minerva Kessinger; and his brother-in-law Dennis (Dianne). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family requests no flowers. Memorials may be made to Mt. Vernon UMC, Transitions Hospice, or directly to Parkinson's Research.
