He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Rubye, Nolan Flower, Campo Elias and Shirley Palencia. He is survived by: his parents, Elaine Fowler Palencia and Michael Palencia-Roth; his sister Rachel Harper (Jeff); his nephews, Michael, Jack and Charlie; and his aunt Susi Hamilton (Chris).
