It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mildred Kuswik of Saunemin, Illinois, who passed away on December 21, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wladyslaw Jama and Magdalenna Jama (Zurek); and her husband Stanley J. Kuswik Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Stanley Kuswik Jr. (Dawn) of Chicago, Sophie Kuswik (Chachie) of Chicago, Casimir Kuswik (Kim) of Saunemin and Lisa Kuswik of Saunemin; and her siblings, Lucy Potter (Robert) of Surprise, AZ, Lily Luczynski of Surprise, AZ and Edward Jama of Diamond, IL. She is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the family of Mildred Kuswik.
