He was predeceased by: his brother John "Jack" Witulski; his parents, Walter Witulski and Sally Witulski; and his grandparent grandpa Lachcik (grandma Lachcik). He is survived by: his wife Susan M. Witulski; his daughters, Sarah Witulski and Carlotta Tlich (Ridha); and his grandchildren, Olivia, Mehdi, Collin and Lincoln.
