With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard H. Dykstra (Sauk Village, Illinois), who passed away on June 8, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Dykstra and Grace Dykstra. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Rick (Joellen), Tami Mulder (late Mark) and Steve (Dee); and his grandchildren, Rich Mulder (Amy), Andy Mulder (Alli), Dana Corry (Mitch), LaRae Walker (Craig), Sam Dykstra (Amanda), Jesslyn Dykstra, Luke Dykstra (Jessica), Ben Dykstra (Becca), Tony Dykstra and Matt Dykstra. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Illiana Christian High School (10920 Calumet Ave, Dyer, IN 46311) or Hospice of the Calumet Area (600 Superior Ave, Munster, IN 46321).
