James Patrick Chmielewski Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Patrick Chmielewski of Sauk Village, Illinois, born in Lemont, Illinois, who passed away on April 14, 2022 at the age of 79. He was predeceased by: his spouse Beverly H. Chmielewski; his son Kenneth Chmielewski; and his parents, Jacob Chmielewski and Lucille Chmielewski. He is survived by: his sons, Edward Chmielewski of Bradley and Todd Chmielewski (Laura) of Bourbonnais; his grandchildren, Ashley Cash (Sam), Andrew Chmielewski and Isabella Chmielewski; his sister Diane Lauritzen (Roger) of Rockford; and his friends, Charlotte and Sherryand. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
