He was predeceased by: his parents, Efrina Ramos and Eloisa Ramos. He is survived by: his significant other Yolanda Tomasello-Stoutmire; his children, Marianna Black (Jason), Frank Ramos Jr. (April), Fabian Ramos (Kimberly) and Janette Ramos; his stepdaughters, Alaina Hernandez and Jessica Hernandez; and his brothers, William Ramos, Jose Ramos, Luis Ramos and Luis Montalvalo. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
