He was predeceased by: his son Christopher; and his parents, Lester Kalk and Shirley Kalk. He is survived by: his wife Kathie; his sons, Daniel Kalk (Jamie) and Bradley Kalk (DeAnne Mullner); his grandchildren, Nate, Noah Kalk, Aubrey and Maddie Jean Kalk; and his brother Richard Kalk (Renee). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
