She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Moss and Mary Moss; and her sister Eileen. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Moss (Sandy), Kurt Moss (Donna), Kathryn Ward (Jim) and Karen Moss; her grandchildren, Ashley, Anthony, Shealene, Londen, Ali, Tessa, Benjamin and Abraham; and her great grandchildren, Alexis, Alaina, Audree, Trenton and Avery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Donna's name to Catholic Charities, 721 N. La Salle St., Chicago, IL 60654.
