She is survived by: her children, Melissa Black (Nancy) of Maryland Heights, MO and Phillip Black Jr. of Chicago, IL; her grandson Gage Black; and her siblings, Robert Coonrod (Mary), David Coonrod (Fatima), Christine Laurenzo, Susan Allen and Rebecca Wors (Nicholas).
