He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Updike and Nora Updike (Haag); and his sister Caroleen. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Dauber; his children, Karen Breunig (Scott) and James Updike (Lori); and his niece Beth Updike. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
