He was predeceased by: his mother Irma Jean Carlson (Hund); his stepfather Kenneth Carlson; and his brothers, Dale and Timothy Evans. He is survived by: his father Darrel R. Evans; his stepmother Cynthia Evans; his daughter Heather Adams; and his siblings, Delores Perkins (Evans), Tammie Evans Birmann and Steve Evans.
