He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Gaza and Adela Gaza (Lamos). He is survived by: his wife Joan Wagner; his daughters, Joan Smith (Edward) of Naperville, IL and Diana DeVaul (John) of Fernandina Beach, FL; his stepdaughter Michele Kost of Matteson, IL; his siblings, John Gaza (Roxie) of Decatur, IL, Adele Milano of Rockford, IL and Marilyn Quade of Chicago, IL; his grandchildren, Austin, Alina, Savannah, Siarrah, John Robert, Keaton and Dalton; and his great grandchild Naomi.
