She was predeceased by: her father Andrew Bernie Knutson; her husband Russel J. Benson; her sister Eldonna Knutson; and her parent Pearle Emily Knutson. She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Kross (Chuck) of Sandwich, Barb Johnson (Ken) of Yorkville and Joni Koehler (Al) of Sandwich; her grandchildren, Christy Cordt (Tim), Corey Zabukover (Greg), Greg Johnson (Candy), T. J. Johnson (Andrea), Matthew Johnson, Andrew Koehler (Erika), Jake Koehler (Meagan) and Ben Koehler (Monique); and her great grandchildren, Drew, Evan Cordt, Jack Zabukover, Brooke, Cole Johnson, Nels, Leif Johnson, Andrew, Lukas Koehler, Jimmy, Mikey Koehler and Kinsley Burns.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent in her name to the American Heart Association or the Fox Valley Community Center.
