It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phil Hoffman of Sandwich, Illinois, who passed away on November 15, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hoffman and Barbara "Boots" Hoffman; his brother Reed Hoffman; and his in-laws, Joe and Olive Stacey.
He is survived by: his wife Lynn A. Stacey of Sandwich; his siblings-in-law, Jane Johnson and Judge Rex Stacey (Deb); his niece Anna Hoffman (Tim Yench) of Yorkville, IL; his great-nephew Knoxley; his uncle Ron Rhoads; his sister-in-law Lana; his pets, Sonny and Jesse; his brother Lynn "Muck" Hoffman; and his nephew Brad.
