She was predeceased by: her husband John Van Kirk (Webb); her father George; her siblings, Harold, Bob, Tom Gillis and Marilyn Kelley; her grandson Austin Steele Manenti; and her siblings, Margaret and William.
She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Gottberg (Jim), Susan Manenti, Nancy Van Kirk and Sandra Hall (Ron); her grandchildren, Montana Bellagamba (Thomas), Taylor Hall, Johnathon Hall and Alexander Hall; her sister Dorothy Guseman; her niece Sheila Kelley; and her nephew Sean Kelley.
Pat's long journey with Alzheimer's came to an end after 12 courageous years, where she was surrounded by family and friends.
