It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Clapper (Sandwich, Illinois), who passed away on February 13, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Sebby and Hilda Sebby (Boe); her husband Richard Clapper (Dean); and her sister Betty Sharp. She is survived by: her children, Craig Clapper of Mediapolis and Judith Zarcone of Tyler, Texas. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; a wonderful grandson-in-law; and a precious new great grandson.
